herbaceous perennials are easy to grow everywhere
other than very hot and dry areas. Perfect in
shady situations and for growing under the cover
of other plants Japanese anemones add a welcome

in full sun or partial shade in well-drained,
light, dry or moist soil that is not waterlogged
in winter. Propagation can be done by division in
early spring or autumn however once the plants are
established they can spread rapidly. Certain
varieties are taller than others however they do
not need staking, these plants are low maintenance
making them the perfect choice for amateur
